I'm starting a December cold water exposure challenge and I hope you'll join me in this. It's a fantastic way to level up your health, mood, stress tolerance, and life overall.

The point of the cold exposure challenge I presented last week is to help you and I build the skill of doing something we don't want to do everyday. It teaches you how to become a machine and overcome feelings of laziness or despair. You just do it. No matter what is going on.

That's one of the most valuable skills I've ever learned and I still try to build and strengthen it regularly.
