Happy New Year! It’s my first time saying that on the podcast. It’s been awhile since I’ve published an episode but I’m looking forward to getting back into podcasting and giving you valuable content to make 2018 your best year.

I’ve talked about morning routines before and how it’s important not only to start your day right but to also give yourself and opportunity to learn and grow as a person.

I’ve been doing a morning routine since 2010, but I’ll go through phases where I stick to it and where I kinda do it. In 2017, I definitely found myself getting lazy with my morning routine. I could tell it was affecting me and the results I was getting.

So to start 2018, I wanted to hit the reset button on my morning routine and start with the basics again. I let cracks and leaks get into my morning routine, like checking social media first thing in the morning.

In this first episode of 2018, I talk about my morning routine now, and how you can get started on your own morning routine.

I truly believe if you’ve never done any morning routine that by being consistent with a simple morning routine you will see huge changes in your life.
