You may have pre-conditioned thoughts about how a body builder approaches their day and time in the gym setting. But I'm challenging you to open up your mind to a totally different perspective. There is so much to unpack in this episode with Brandt Gess. We dive into conversations about daily training/movement from a slightly different perspective. Let me explain...
