Join me, John B. Fletcher, a Counselling Therapist and avid fly fisherman as we go fishing for mental health. I will be interviewing prominent mental health figures across North America; for example, best-selling author and clinical psychologist, Dr. Jody Carrington; internationally renowned adolescent mental psychiatrist and Canadian Senator, Dr. Stan Kutcher; director of the Resilience Research Centre and Family Therapist expert, Dr. Michael Ungar, just to name a few. We will cover topics like resilience, mental health literacy, the power of human connection, trauma, post-traumatic growth, anxiety, depression, treatment, animal-assisted therapy, and much, much more! I will also offer "deeper dive" episodes, where I go into more depth about a specific topic that came up during one of the interviews. If you are interested in learning about mental health, then this is the podcast for you. Tight lines,
