S1E21. Creating From Your Own Heart with Lisa Winneke

My guest in today’s episode is known as The Wholehearted Woman and you’ll hear why when you listen. In the first few minutes, I ask Lisa a very personal question I thought twice about before putting it out there. But I felt like I had to ask. She was very gracious in answering. Then we get into the wisdom of children, how she holds space and processes her own feelings while holding space for her son’s pain when he lashes out at her, finding compassion for yourself and not responding with fear, hurt, and projection.

And how, as entrepreneurs, we’re both still working on pushing back on the voice inside telling us we need to be doing more to achieve success, instead of allowing ourselves to be in a state of flow where life is working for you.
