In this episode we open up about our personal past experiences surrounding mental health and hope it will inspire you to do the same. It is an open and honest discussion where we are stepping into our vulnerability and working on undoing the stigma surrounding mental health. 

Everyone has a reason as to why they are who they are today, and that 'WHY' is unique and close to the hearts of each individual. Finding Your Feet is very close to our hearts as it is driven by our 'WHY' and we wanted to share our stories with you in the hope that you can get to know us a little bit better and feel encouraged to also turn negatives from your past into a positive.

If you can take anything away from this episode it will be to try and always speak openly and honestly about your mental state and to set a clear intention for your reason as to WHY you are dedicated to your self development journey.

And of course the NHS is always here to support your mental health, however due to high demand, wait times for treatment can take a while. So often charities are a better choice to get quicker treatment.
