My son Thomas used to be up at 2am, sometimes, for the day. Sleep deprivation was becoming a real issue in our house and no matter what I tried, nothing worked. For years I was told that because he is on the Autism spectrum, this was "normal" and "to be expected".  Finally, exhausted and not willing to accept that this would be our lives forever, I sought help. Everyone at one point or another has suffered with sleep issues, and they affect people of all ages. Today I am honoured to share my interview with Hilary McClinton, one half of the sleep team who has changed our lives. Listen as Hilary and I chat about some of the ways in which she helped me, and as she gives countless pieces of helpful advice to improve your night's sleep as well.
