On this week's episode of Finding Her, Julia introduces the Body Positivity Movement theme with her expert guest Kelly Berg. Kelly has spent many years working in the research field of psychology and has experience with serving patients with eating disorders and lifelong struggles of not connecting and loving the body that they live in. Throughout this episode, Kelly shares research and academia surrounding the movement and how we can work towards loving our bodies. She also shares that it is important to realize that a lack of positive body image affects both men and women.
