The number one concern that everyone has before leaning into intuitive eating is ‘but what if I eat everything in sight… and just never stop?!’.

Girl, I feel you. I was convinced that intuitive eating could never work for me, because I loved food too much! I would never voluntarily choose broccoli over a burger. I couldn’t keep chocolate in the house or I’d eat 5 blocks in one sitting. My stomach was a bottomless pit and I had zero concept of *balance*. 

I’m not going to tell you that you won’t ‘overeat’ at the beginning of your intuitive eating journey, because that’s probably not true. But I WILL tell you that you WILL stop eventually, and that the overeating stage is necessary to the journey.
