This is a topic I don't talk about much and haven't really shared my experience with. I asked on an Instagram poll which episode titles would be helpful for you and my experience with Anxiety was one of the responses, so here we go!


I mainly experience Health Anxiety with a little bit of Social Anxiety on the side in big crowds. I share my experience with having panic attacks along with the symptoms I experienced and how I've learned to calm myself down when I feel one coming on.
