Silence is a great way to press pause on life. We all need to slow down in life. Its easy to get busy and in routines. Routines are good, but its great to switch things up every once in a while. 
Sitting in silence can be the most uncomfortable decision you make. But it is a necessary one. 

How do you press pause?

Do less Be in the momentEstablish a Routine (with flexibility, of course)Disconnect from electronics & spend time with your family and friends. Do things at a slower pace. Find pleasure in everything. Meditate/ Relax
