She shares some fun activities for fall such as checking out the local pumpkin patches in your area. The pumpkin patches that she heads to in her area are Kregel's, Windmill Acres, and Harvest Thyme. Each pumpkin patch has it's own unique charm.

She also shares how powerful breath work can be. Fall time is a great time to get out and breathe in the crisp, cool air. It can be powerful and energizing.
