Not only is morning routines important to set yourself up for success but bedtime routine prep is important as well! 

I share with you 7 tips for setting yourself up for success each night! Don't stress about things in the morning and what you need to do the next day. All you need is an hour to 30 minutes in the evening to set yourself up for the next day. 

1. No phone/tv 1 hour before bed! 
2. Bedtime yoga and meditation to calm your mind and body 
3. Journal for the day 
4. Read a book 
5. Peppermint Tea 
6. No heavy meals before bed 
7. To do list for tomorrow
