Sineád Keating is a voice for those living with Bipolar disorder. She is a new Mum of twin girls, a wife and a mental health advocate. Bipolar disorder is a serious mental illness and is considered to be a mood disorder. Bipolar disorder can be difficult to diagnose because of the intrinsic changeability of the symptoms which accompany it.Sineád courageously sheds a light on what it's like to be the client in therapy. She discusses her personal journey so far and shares her insight on living with bipolar disorder.Bipolar Awareness Day is celebrated each year on 30th March. This is often given a platform by media and public supports such as Aware and Shine.
