It's like everyone is constantly wearing a pair of "VR Goggles of Thought", seeing only what's in our thinking. However, we often don't even realise that this is happening.

We don't need to do anything with 99% of thoughts in our head
Your thinking about what's happened is what annoys you, not the reality of what happened
