On today's episode I discuss the most​ common misperception in the weight loss community, which is are you not losing weight because you are over eating, or under eating? A majority of the people will say that a person who is overweight is because they are over eating, and in MY professional opinion after coaching 100's of women it's actually the opposite. I find that most of my clients are severally under eating. So we must have the discussion of Do You Need To EAT MORE To Lose Weight? And more than likely the answer will be a big fat YES!

So I discuss in this episode ways you can find out if you're under eating, tips on how to start eating more to lose weight, and why this logic of being over weight = over eating and how that is mostly never the case. I talk about how we use these teachings and principals inside the Sane & Sustainable Method Program, and I also drop the bomb about how we are opening the Fall 2021 Sane & Sustainable Method Program enrollment!
