Patricia Kolesa MS, RDN is a registered dietitian based out of New Jersey. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers University where she double-minored in Biology and Psychology. From there, she completed her Dietetic internship and Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition and Entrepreneurship with Wellness Workdays and Simmons College.


Patricia has worked with the United States Rowing Team and has experience in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and renal disease. She owns and operates Dietitian Dish, LLC, her New Jersey-based private practice. Patricia hopes to reach larger audiences of working women like herself using an anti-diet, individualized approach in nutrition and fitness.
