Demetria L Cox-Thomas (she/her) is a Dietetic Intern based out of Charlotte, NC where she works as a Community Garden Manager at a retirement community. Demetria graduated from Winthrop University with her Master's Degree in human nutrition. Her background is in hospitality and the culinary arts. She enjoys gardening at home, watching cooking shows, and hanging out with family and friends. Demetria's goal, after she passes her Registered Dietitian exam is to be a nutrition professional with a focus on growing and cooking delicious veggies.
