Our goal is to not have all the answers to all things wellness or nutrition or fitness, but it is our goal to discover the answers and share our own thoughts and knowledge on all topics related to wellness including fitness, nutrition, meditation, spirituality, wellness, health, etc. Discovering Wellness is a week to week journey aimed towards living hopefully healthier and well balanced lifestyles.
