We talk all the time about having a balanced diet, get enough exercise, getting enough sleep as important strategies to live a healthy life, but we don’t talk as much about the importance of social connections. 

The reason this puzzle piece is last is not that it is the least important, it is because social health supports and improves your mental, emotional, and physical health. It supports all the other pieces of the puzzle.
