In this meditation, we use a body scan to calm and center ourselves. Then we connect to our hearts and our higher source to gain information about ourselves.  Finally allowing that truth to integrate with us. Includes ideas to journal about what you learned so you can further understand the information you have been given.

Our biggest fears are hidden in the truth of who we are. Yet when we learn more about ourselves and how to accept who we are.  We begin to eliminate fear.
