Dr. Kevin Ban is currently the Chief Medical Officer at athenahealth, a provider of integrated, network-enabled services for healthcare that delivers measurable financial and clinical results for providers. Dr. Ban has been in the practice of medicine for over two decades. He received his MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine, completed his residency in general surgery at Thomas Jefferson University, and his residency in emergency medicine from Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.
