As a parent, you are one of the most influential role models in your child’s life and can have a positive impact on your child’s body image.

What kind of example are you seeing? Is it a negative one or a positive one? 

In this episode, I’m coming out with a few tips on how we can set a POSITIVE example for our kids when it comes to body image and weight. With all that is out there in society and social media, our kids are starting to have issues younger and younger and it's time we as parents step in. 

Parents can encourage their children to feel good about themselves and their bodies by showing them how it’s done and leading by example, so let's talk about how you can set a good example.
