In this episode, I’m diving a little deeper into another chapter of my story. I’m talking about ALL the positive things that happened when I stopped dieting. 

I cannot tell you the amount of STRESS and crazy that came with the constant dieting and thoughts of losing weight. It took up a LOT of my time and pretty much sucked the life out of me. 

From struggling relationships to fear of food, slowed metabolism, stress, cravings, and nighttime binges it was the life I lived all while trying to fit into what society said was “healthy”.  All while thinking it was “normal”...Needless to say, it was NOT healthy for me, which I reveal in this podcast. 

So much has changed, for the BETTER since I quit dieting and I tell all in this episode. Would you believe that there have been so MANY POSITIVE changes since I quit obsessing over food and going on ( and off) diets???
