How do you measure your progress without using the scale? THROW AWAY THAT SCALE!!

Yes! Throw it away. You do NOT need to use the scale to measure your progress.

In this episode, I’ll be talking about WHY we, as women, seem to think the scale means so much as far as our progress and HOW to get away from that and measure our progress differently. 

I know what it’s like to have the scale dictate my day depending on whether or not that number has gone up, stayed the same, or gone down and it’s not a way to live. 

It’s time to throw that scale out and look at other ways to measure your progress and that’s exactly what I’ll be discussing in today's podcast.
