Mindset is HUGE when it comes to how we feel around these things. I feel this is an important message to get out there because we’re all human and we should be allowed to FEEL our feelings. It’s a whole different sense of freedom when we can allow the feelings to be felt and understand these learned behaviors. 

 

It may just be the key to resolving our emotional eating binges and self-sabotaging dieting behaviors.
