Childbirth. You do the hard yards for three whole trimesters and hey presto, the baby is here. YAY! But what now and what about you? The fourth trimester starts immediately after your baby is born and lasts for around three months. It's a time of immense change & adaptation not only for your baby, but also for you. It can be a really tough time for your body & your mind. In this podcast series, I introduce you to some amazing health care experts my daughter Evie & I met through our fourth trimester. All of whom work with women and families, helping them to navigate through this vulnerable phase & beyond. Each episode features an in depth conversation, packed full of information you may not have known, to recognise what our amazing bodies have done and explain how to care for ourselves now, for the future.
