Betty Lu created Confetti Snacks to highlight diversity in so many different ways - through the veggies included in the snacks, the flavors from around the world, and the colors to symbolize bringing us all together. She shares how a trip around the world inspired her to help people through healthy snacks.

Betty talks about the two year journey to make the best veggie snack she could and her focus to please the taste buds of kids first. She details the importance of upcycling food sources in order to prevent waste.

 She admits she's a foodie but not a chef. The team at Confetti Snacks works hard to find ways to provide plant-based snacks that make snacking both delicious and nutritious.
