As Amy explains, having a balanced life requires work in all areas of our lives: physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, relationships, etc. While it might look like a daunting task at first, making just one simple change at a time is Amy's tip for success.

One of those steps that must be taken is researching what you put in your body. Whether it's food, news, advertisements, lotions...you need to know what you are exposing your body to and if it is leading you to the healthy life you desire.
