Accountability is a very vulnerable place.  Facing accountability means that we have to put ourselves in a place of absolute trust.  Trusting that when you share your most vulnerable parts, people will see you and still love you for who you are.  Accountability is often what stops us from taking the steps to move forward with changes that we know we need to make out of fear of exposing our most vulnerable parts.  Until we face our accountability we often live in a place of self sabotage which leads to self medication and ultimately avoidance of the issue.  

As Health Coaches, we are the accountability partner for our clients and we know how impactful it can be to face accountability and step into it.  Freedom from the issues that burden your mental and physical health are on the other side of accepting accountability.  In this podcast we unpack accountability, some of the reasons people avoid it, and explore the joy that can come from working past your fear of being held accountable.
