3. Manage your mental and emotional state. 

4. Stand in your power 

5. Work on releasing them mentally, emotionally and physically. 

6. Find support 

7. Do more things you love feed your soul 

8. Do some self reflection (don't do it too early) 

9. Understand the lesson 

10. Trust in your power to do it differently and go forward
