The non-diet diet is the best non-diet approach to eating healthy.

Did you know that even if you do not meet the criteria for an actual eating disorder, you might still have disordered thinking or behavior? If you are struggling to lose weight, you might not even be aware of it!

Over the past 20 years, I’ve been struggling to lose weight until I was trying to find a non-diet weight loss. Whenever I thought something might work, it didn’t! That’s when I decided to try something new. I developed a non-diet d.i.e.t.

What does the acronym 𝐃.𝐈.𝐄.𝐓. stand for?

𝐃 – 𝐃𝐢𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 (We can’t always trust our bodies, so I revealed how this diet starts. Seek answers to my questions because that will help you start this non-diet approach on the right foot. Remember, preparing yourself for this is essential)

𝐈 – 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (a non-diet approach that helps you have a healthy relationship-mentally and physically-with food. You need to get insightful and intuitive about your eating)

𝐄 – 𝐄𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (Yes, you can stay healthy and enjoy your food! This is, for most of us, valuable information because most diets rely on strict principles and there is no guarantee you won’t gain your weight back)

𝐓 – 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 (I’ve been dieting for over 20 years! I know I am not able to reverse that in 3 months. Use the therapeutic time to go through this process and allow yourself to dig deep, be insightful and intuitive, and enjoy your food.)

𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐍-𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐓. 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧!  𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭.
