Routine: a sequence of actions regularly followed; a fixed program.

It is very hard to be grateful and angry at the same time. In the next 10 days, we will go through 10 areas or things for you to focus on to shift your mindset into one geared towards gratitude.

 

If you can focus on one thing per day, you can shift your mindset to one of gratitude and lead your thoughts away from chaos.

 

By shifting your mindset away from chaos, you can overcome the overwhelm that we can so often get caught up in.
