What do you do when you reach a crossroads in your life and have to make some major decision?

How do you know you are making the right decision?

How can you expand or challenge your frame of reference?

How can you get a better connection with your body and why would you want to do that?

These are some of the questions we dive deep into, in the conversation I had with 2 amazing artists, that hold the vision to create a worldwide movement for the expansion of human consciousness, and that led them to create, in 2016, the HUMANHOOD dance company.

Julia Robert and Rudi Cole, are amazing dancers, that are merging modern physics & ancient mysticism, with Movement and Dance,  to create immersive productions, and experiences that transform and help us connect with our energetic essence and expressive power.

With them, we talk about their journey, their decision-making experience when choosing their career, the crossroads they encountered, and how they navigated through them.

How they both chose dancing, which was a step into the unknown because in dance it was about expressiveness, it was about being, and about art.
