We are in the midst of chaos and instability during these Coronavirus times. One of the ways we can stay healthy and help protect the spread of germs is by washing our hands, constantly. If you are like me, washing your hands after using the bathroom or preparing to cook something are practices I do on autopilot. However, during these COVID 19 times, it is necessary to stay present and diligent about this habit.

That's why I offer you this mindfulness meditation practice in motion so that you can use this "washing hands" time to help you train your mind to be present and practice some self-love. As a Harvard study shows, when we are present, we are proven to be happier. Have fun with this practice and my hope is that it brings more calm and ease into your quarantined life.
