We are experiencing a global pandemic with COVID-19. We are experiencing uncharted terfitoritories, which means life in our typical daily flow is not "normal." You are probable working from home, practicing social distancing, and limiting your time in public spaces.

There will be a natural desire (especially if you are a driven type "A "kinda person like me :) to maintain normalcy and power through these uncertain times. But now more than ever, you get to practice compassion with yourself and realize you will probable not be your most productive self and THAT IS OK! Right now, is not the time to set the bar extremely high for your expectations. Instead, practice accepting the curtain circumstances will support you finding more ease like you are floating down a river than creating more resistance like you are swimming upstream. 

During this meditation practice, I walk you through my PAL practice as a way to calm your need to feel overly productive and give yourself lots of compassion and ease.
