Postpartum Depression is a very big topic in the world of new mothers. It would sometimes called "The Baby Blues" or written off as not a big thing. However, research shows us that what some women go through after having a baby is very real and hits to the core of their mental health. At C50, we want to talk about all issues related to mental health. We are not professionals but do know that Christ is the center of healing and that you can overcome the season (maybe a very long season) of Postpartum Depression.
