Listen to J., Becca, Karen and Bella as they work through the often messy and difficult world of mental health. C50 is a faith based ministry to the mental health community and uses both Biblical and "secular" knowledge to help understand how best to survive in a world where 1-5 are diagnosed with a mental illness and so many more who have been burned by mental illness. C50 has a diverse board of directors and works with professionals. Although J, Becca, Karen and Bella are not professionals, they work very hard to bring accurate information that is helpful and that can encourage you in your walk.
