This episode is all about helping you identify what you need to take with you in to the new season and what is your responsibility to leave behind.

I'm a firm believer that you are not meant to operate at the same level, with the same goals, all of the time-- and that is OKAY.

Some seasons you will need to slow down and rest.
Some seasons you will be ready to go full throttle.

It's not only about the leaves changing, cooler temps and less hours of daylight but instead REFLECTING where you are at. I shared 3 simple journal prompts to help start this process as well as a few other tid-bits to get the wheels turning on what else you can do this season to best SUPPORT YOU like revamping your routines, committing to time outside and tidying up your space!

Let me know over on the gram what you are doing in this transition season so I can hold you accountable @michaela_robertson_
