This one is for my nurse fam, we (you & I) love to help others. 

I think of myself as a giver by nature.. Somebody who would do anything for anyone & maybe you can relate? After all, we got in to the profession for a reason

We care about caring & care about the well-being of others

About 6 months ago I found myself dreading going to work. Everyday I would walk out to the parking lot & just close my eyes finding myself making every excuse for why the shift was hard. I was searching high & low for ways to get away from bedside nursing.

I was discouraged, frustrated & almost hopeless. Being a nurse was not at all what I expected it to be like. 

Maybe you’re like.. Mich, it’s me.. Right now. I am struggling. I dread work. I don’t find joy in what I do 

So I want you to ask yourself, take some time to really think about it.. what do you think about or what comes to mind when you think about the healthiest version of YOU?
