In todays episode I give you 3 areas to self-assess when it comes to knowing how far your bandwith can stretch before it actually breaks.

Over committing for you might look like.. never being able to say to overtime, always saying yes to social events, feeling sluggish and low energy on your days off, being irritable towards people in your life, feeling annoyed when you see an event pop on your calendar.

This came up for me the other day when I felt annoyed towards a patient I had scheduled for a home visit when I didn't really want to.. I was angry and irritable towards them because I made the CHOICE to spread myself too thing so it made me ask myself -- who else is negatively being affected by my over committing?

& I realized I don't want to be remembered as the person who over commits and under delivers. Who sometimes shows up. Is sometimes happy. 

How do YOU want to be remember? What is the impact YOU want to have on the energy of a room?

It's important to know YOU are in control of your energy and time and by over committing, not only are you forgetting about yourself but the people around you are
