How many times have you told yourself jokingly “that’s it I am SO TIRED, exhausted, burnout, I just need to crawl in a hole and sleep for at least 6 weeks”

Or you get off a rough stretch of shifts, rightfully exhausted, you go to bed the minute you walk in the door, you sleep for 12+ hours, then you lay in bed for the whole day and then it’s time for your next shift and you still feel worn out, run down, exhausted and you think to yourself wait… I STILL feel so tired even after sleeping for that long will I ever have energy again?

*insert dramatic sigh* for both of those because today we are uncovering the difference between RESTING and RECHARGING and I have a feeling you might be missing out on the recharge part ;)
