It's okay to be uncomfortable.
But we have to confront our feelings.
We don't want to be comfortable with the injustices in the world right now.
But rather than ignoring these feelings or trying to make them go away, we need to confront our feelings.
Too often we try to rush to a better feeling, but sitting in discomfort is actually okay.
The key is to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
I had a great conversation with Life Coach Tandy last week that changed my life. Visit Life Coach Tandy's website at mylifecoachtandy.com.
You can also visit Essence Turner's website at essenceturner.com.
Both of these coaches specialize in emotional healing.
