This is part 2 from yesterday’s conversation with Life Coach Tandy.
I sat down with my new friend Life Coach Tandy and we had a brave conversation on racism.
Tandy shared so much wisdom in this episode.
Get ready for some great truth bombs.
I also got really honest with biases that I have been discovering within myself over the past few weeks. These are subtle thoughts that I hated realizing.
But part of being brave is being willing to explore ourselves and to recognize when we are wrong. I hope this episode encourages you to have brave, uncomfortable conversations with yourself, friends, family, and fellow humans.
P.S. Tandy and I went into this conversation willing to be uncomfortable. Because of this, we both agreed in the end that being upfront about our biases created a surprisingly comfortable atmosphere.
