Mike Catris is a classic CrossFit wanker - he's competed at Regionals, won The European Championships and in 2019 he coached six athletes to the CrossFit Games.

Not only is Mike an exemplary athlete, but he is also Headcoach of The Athlete Program and founder of KRATOS Nutrition. Mike helps athletes around the world realise their potential through proper training and nutrition. 

This is part of a two part series.  In this episode I get to know Mike a little better and talk nutrition. As a highly regarded expert I was stoked to hear Mike's professional opinion on fat loss, muscle gain, cheat meals and most of all, his thoughts on 'Fish and Rice Cakes Guy'.
