YES you need to sacrifice some time, some hard work and effort to start but what you are to gain from that, equates to so much more!! 


 


#2) WAKE UP EARLIER


YES you need to sacrifice sleeping in and it is definitely harder to go to bed early but again, the pay off of how your entire day feels, it SO worth it!!
