This one goes a little deep and I talk about the hard parts we experience in this journey.


Being honest and real about the process and hard parts is so important to your success.


But weight loss isn't always easy or quick even if our diet culture makes us think it's just a "21 day fix"


And there will be voices you hear through the changes you make, telling you to give up, that you're failing, but those voices aren't the truth and those voices aren't helping you get through it. 


Change is hard but avoiding the resistance makes it harder in the end. 


The only way you are failing is if you give up!!!


So, instead of doubting yourself, listen to this episode on repeat whenever you hear those voices of doubt and especially on those days and workouts that feel harder to start or finish.
