Did you know that you have over 60,000 thoughts a day???  How many of them are you actually aware of?  And, should you care?


FACT:  Your thoughts, if repeated (which most of them actually are!) become beliefs... And your beliefs become who you are and are reflected in everything you do and say!  


This can be problematic for you when the beliefs you have, may not accurately reflect who you wish to be (maybe they did once, but not anymore, or maybe they weren't yours to begin with?!?), and can often get in the way of you having what you want in life, so YUP, you should care!  ;)


I read a statement in a book that got me thinking about this premise - and it's HUGE importance and impact in our lives, and in this episode, I share what I have learned so you can benefit in your life too.
