Tara Huff, a registered yoga teacher, social media influencer and mother of 2 lives in the mountains of northern California and shares her passion for the outdoors and movement on instagram. She began her practice in 1994 when she discovered a yoga VHS tape at her grandma's house, she memorized the tape and her yoga practice evolved from there. When her daughter was born with an imperforate anus and a tethered spinal cord, she expanded her asana practice. Her goal is to inspire others to find inner strength, grace and balance in their lives through their asana practice.

Topics we cover in this episode:

When life turns upside down, go upside down by finding the most simple form. Less is more - 2 minutes of mindfulness a day is enough to make progress forward.  When current modalities are no longer working, try new things - ie. mala beads for meditation.  Processing through WHY ME when dealing with children's unexpected health issues.  Visual experience of seeing daughters internal organs response to emotions and feelings.  How powerful mentors reflections + suggestions can be in our lives.
