Stop replying to emails at night. Finish work when you get home and instil an after work ritual to help you unwind. Getting control of your life means to have to remove yourself from the “do-all” position. Take the words willpower and discipline out of your vocabulary. Decide what’s important to you and set priorities. Processed food is full of sugar that will keep you addicted. Choose foods that support you. Stop watching food commercials that encourage you to eat and eat. You can get enough protein on a plant-based diet.
